The Art of Searing with Shelley Wiseman of  Shelley's Table, and co-author of The Farm Cooking School, Techniques and Recipes that Celebrate the Seasons. In this class Shelley will teach you the proper method of searing foods for optimal browning and delicious flavor as we create a three course meal. Shelley also specializes in French sauce making so you will learn sauce techniques that you can apply to a variety of foods.
